Royal Raine Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Royal Raine Wholesale Portal! We’re so excited to partner with boutiques and vendors who share our love for intentional, feminine, everyday style. Please review the terms below before placing your wholesale order.

 Ordering & Minimums

  • All wholesale customers must be approved and logged into their wholesale account to access pricing and checkout.

  • Opening Order Minimum: $150 CAD

  • Orders that do not meet the minimum will not be processed.

Processing & Shipping

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free local pickup is available in Winnipeg.

  • All shipments include tracking and will be sent via Canada Post, UPS, or a comparable carrier.

  • Royal Raine is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

 Product Quality & Inspection

  • All pieces are carefully inspected prior to shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards.

  • We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If you notice missing, damaged, or defective items, please email us at wholesale@royalraine.ca within 5 business days of delivery with photos and your order number.

  • We will do our best to provide a store credit, replacement, or refund for items deemed defective.

 Returns & Exchanges

  • All wholesale and sale purchases are final.
    Due to the nature of wholesale pricing and inventory management, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

  • If an issue arises with your order, we’re happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out within 5 business days of delivery.

 Resale Policy

  • Wholesale purchases are intended for resale in physical retail stores, pop-up shops, and/or official e-commerce stores.

  • Our products may not be resold on third-party marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Etsy, Faire) without written permission.

  • We ask that all retailers adhere to Royal Raine’s MSRP to maintain brand integrity and fairness.

 Branding & Photography

  • Retailers may use Royal Raine product photos for resale purposes on their website or social media.
    Credit or tagging is appreciated: @royalraine.

  • Products may not be altered, rebranded, or white-labeled without prior written agreement.
